Fate had given her a second chance to make right her former mistake; Mary took notice. To her, it seemed the world would suit to her needs, no matter what! Apparently, some of the others had also agreed with changing clothes. In the end, it was the same no matter what they wore, right?
The moment Mary shut the door to her stall, the entire thing sealed off completely airtight. Luckily, Mary could still hear, and the oxygen wasn't thin, but something felt extremely fishy about the whole affair... Mary tried to jostle the door, but it must have been pressure locked- not an inch's budge. So, the only thing left to do was sit, and worry...
Mary heard Norma's voice over an intercom, announcing to the girls that the process would now begin. Mary was highly confused, but Norma's tone sounded so calming. When sleep tried to wander into Mary's eyes, she forced them open wide, and struggled to stay awake. From the outside, she could hear the screams of the other girls, muffled by the pods' barrier. But, nevertheless, Mary was determined to stay strong. After all, they wouldn't just kill innocent girls for no reason, right?
Mary looked up, and from the only hole in the pod, a strange pink colored gas discharged throughout her pod. Thinking it was a sleeping agent, Mary tried to stop up the hole.
