Your name is Erik. You’re 15-years-old, average build, blue eyes, and have messy blonde hair. You moved into town just a few weeks ago, and have since been regretting it. This is your 26th time passing the Sawada residence on your way home from school. Ten of those times had been uneventful, three had been full of explosions, four had been shootouts, five were rampages of dangerous animals, two you were still trying to figure out, and one was a mine trap. You could only hope it’d be an 11th uneventful pass and you could convince your parents to move before tomorrow came. That, or luck would continue to shine on you.
You looked away from the house and started to walk by, double checking the ground for nay kind of trap. There was no sounds coming from the house, so maybe no one was home. You thought you heard the second floor’s screen window open, but you dared not look. Then it happened. You heard a single gunshot and that was it. You didn’t even have time to hit the floor before your head went numb. You knew you’d been shot and you hit the concrete hard before drifting into darkness. It was a mistake moving here.
A little later, your eyes fluttered open. You were, form what you could tell, alive. However, your head hurt like hell and your vision was all blurry. You reached up with your hand to touch the spot were you got shot, expecting to feel blood. To your surprise, all you felt was your hair.
“What happened? I know I got shot, so why…” you began to say before your vision was back and a whole other problem presented itself. You were in a room…a gigantic room. Everything was so huge and you could only have been an inch tall. You crawled backwards in shock until you felt yourself crawl onto paper. You looked behind you to see a giant note of some kind, with a message in colorful writing. You stood up and backed way to see the entire message.
Ciao-su! Thank you for precipitating in the test of the new “shrink bullet” designed by the Vongola Family. You proved yourself worthy and here you are. Details on this bullet are sketchy, so I don’t even know if there’s a time limit or not. I hope to see results from your experiences. Take care, and always stay focused.
