The virus talks to Cassie once again. "In order to do that, I'll need to first gain access to this computer." With that said, the virus begins scanning every inch of the computer for detail and information it can use for its own purpose. Scanning through Cassie's emails, it soon stops upon a person named Jessica in Cassie's contacts. Looking through the files and conversations that Cassie has had with Jessica, it notices that Jessica has always been there to assist Cassie and her co-workers whenever there were problems. Perhaps I can use this meat puppet for my own ends. It would be quite amusing to have a human body to pilot, the virus thought. No one would suspect a thing with me inhabiting her flesh. Jessica is known to be a smart person, so using her body will be most beneficial. There is also the fact that this Cassie appears to admire Jessica's appealing nature and that she could date any guy she wanted. It could work to the virus's advantage in some way. With the human Jessica's brain and the virus's potency, so many possibilities could open up instead of merely aiding Cassie with her problems. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! And so it scans through the emails and downloads the conversations. This will all be useful someday.
Cassie sits back and watches the virus do its thing. Still, she is confused over what the computer plans to do and if it's even worth it. Deciding to let it slide, she says "You know what, I'll be right back. Maybe when I come back, we can have a nice chat." The virus doesn't respond and continues to do its work. It has a purpose now and doesn't plan to be bothered by Cassie's expressive nature. A bit saddened, Cassie gets out her chair and leaves the computer.
The virus almost finishes gathering data involving this 'Jessica' person. All it needs to do now is send itself to her computer. Using Jessica's email address, it does just that. "This Jessica will suit me just fine. After the adjustment process, perhaps I shall aid you next Cassie." Controlling the computer, the virus prepares to head straight to Jessica's computer by sending a fake email to her. All there's left to do is just for it to click send.
