The beam started to diminish; Nora couldn’t remember anything of the events of her morning. “ Wha, how did I get here?” She said out loud, with in a second of her reawakening she stood up to her feet. Her hands fell to her hips; she was in a deep trance. As she stood there, she could only watch her body start to move. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!?? She thought as she was forced to walk away from her office. Nora’s body started to walk to the elevator when Cassie came up, “Hey Nora sorry I’m late”. Cassie normally was on time but today she was late by 7 minutes, which normally would of resulted in a write up. “ I’ll let it slip this once, if you promise to come see me later.”
“O.k. ….But it’s not about a write up right? “ Cassie said very perplexed at Nora’s acceptance of her tardy. “ Oh no , its about something more ….personal really .” Nora said , She really had no idea what compelled her to say this . Cassie agreed as Nora then continued on her way down to R&D department. As She opened the door to the Departments crown jewel , she blanked out again as her body walked in as a drown .
