Chapter #5Transfer Scientist. by: J117   The daughter of brilliant scientists, she is now a brilliant scientist in her own right.
She was too smart, beyond the intellect of her parents, they often argued over everything.
This led to Amanda to move out and transfer schools. Now in a different town and admitted into Larolwoods high school, it is now Friday and she joined a little after the new school year had just started.
Her parents are rich, she is living by herself in a large house in a walled off are with a large area of land between the house and the wall.
It is now her first day as she enters the school grounds and makes her way to her first class, History. The teacher introduces her to her first class.
"We have 2 new students today. The first is Amanda who comes from a widely known family of scientists, and the other new student is her cousin, Katherine.
Katherine is tall, around 6 feet. She has long black hair and black eyes and a great body. She looks tough, almost like a body guard.
They take their seats as class begins.
After class.
A couple of girls approach her and want to ask her a few questions. They ask where they came from, where they were before, what its like with famous scientists as parents, questions like that.
The day goes by fairly quickly, school is now over.
They start to head home, but there is a sudden problem. "Amanda, I seem to be having a problem with my right arm. Could you please take a look at it?" She looks at Katherine, "with your arm? Alright. Let's find a private place and I'll take a quick look at it".
They head behind the building and no one is there. "Ok, we are alone, show it to me". A panel from Katherine's hand to her elbow opens up, revealing complex machinery inside. "I see, a few of these wires were unplugged. ....There, that should do it. I'll properly repair it back home". "Thank you Amanda," she says, closing the panel.
A sudden rustling. They quickly turn towards the noise and there was someone there.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
