Despite how Angie felt about her body, it didn't seem to agree with her. About the only time that she felt truly satisfied was if she had just stuffed herself with as much food as she could. Dare she say, she even felt a bit of pleasure when she pushed herself a bit further. After the feeling of fullness wore off, she would always get angry at doing it again and how it would impact on her. Her parents didn't mind seeing their "little" girl eat so much, so she always had plenty of food around.
This morning was no different; as she waddled through the house to the kitchen, she could already smell the feast her mother had prepared for her. Plopping down in her personal chair (which despite being reinforced for the rotund bovine, still groaned ominously under her weight), she kept thinking that she would only eat some of this. Cutting a large wedge out of the thick stack of pancakes, she looked at the thick syrup and butter dripping off.
"I won't eat much of this." She said to herself under her breath.
Despite her proclamation, once she had the first bite, she continued eating and eating. Her mother certainly knew how to cook, and each taste would push Angie to keep eating, no matter how much she thought of stopping. Her mother came through to see how she was doing, grabbing some of the cleared plates and dropping them off into the sink to be cleaned.
"That's my good little girl, eat it all up Angie," her mother said as she moved some of the other plates closer to her.
Angie only grunted a bit, desperately wanting to stop but unable to. It didn't take long for Angie to set her silverware down as she smeared the last bit of jam on the sole surviving piece of toast, which didn't last much longer. She sat back with a groan, the edge of her shirt riding up the swollen sphere of her belly, exposing a wedge of her stretched fur.
She had done it again: eaten every last piece set before her. Her stomach was stretched painfully full, but she was content and pleased for now. A knock at the door stirred Angie out of her stupor.
"Who could that be?" Angie's mother said as she breezed past her daughter,
Muffled voices carried from the door. Angie thought she recognized the new comer's voice, but she couldn't be sure.
The click of the door shutting was soon followed by two sets of foot steps coming closer, and her mother calling out "Angie, one of your friends is her to go to school with you."
Looking up as they entered the room, Angie instantly recognized who was here. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
