After eating lunch, everybody was eager to try the medallion again as they sat in the living room. Dad studied the medallion. Nothing was in English. There were multiple settings with shapes and symbols. Dad finally got an idea with the symbols. He noticed a setting on the medallion that had a down arrow, and an up arrow.
Dad pointed the medallion at Andrew and turned the up arrow. Everybody watched as Andrew began to grow! Instead of his 17 year old body, he appeared to be aging!
Andrew could tell by everybody’s reactions that something was happening to him. It was hard to tell he was getting older except he started growing a gut and his hair started receding. Dad finally stopped the dial and Andrew appeared to be about 60 years old!
Everybody laughed as Andrew tried to stand but his knees and back hurt so much. Dad finally started turning the down arrow and Andrew began to get younger. Andrew watched his hands regain their youth and dad finally stopped leaving Andrew back to 17 years old.
Tina smiled, “Try it on me dad!”
Dad pointed the medallion at her and Tina started to age. Seconds later she was about 47 and looked a lot like Mom! “So this is what I will look like!” Tina admired in the mirror, “Not to bad for 47!” Tina ran her hands over her butt and groaned, "Ugh...my ass ends up getting huge!"
Keeping Tina in her new 47 year old body, Dad pointed the medallion at Mom. Instead of making her older, Dad hit the down arrow and Mom started getting younger! Within a few seconds, everybody watched Mom get younger and younger. Dad finally stopped at about 18 years old.
Mom and Tina both looked at each other laughing. Now Tina was Mom’s age and Mom was Tina’s age.
Mom jumped up and down testing her younger body, “This is so cool! Can I stay this age forever honey??“ Mom asked jokingly to Dad. Dad shook his head, “Not forever honey…but I don’t see why you can’t enjoy being 18 again!“
Mom jumped excitedly, “Tina! Let’s go to the mall like this! I want you to see how hard it is for older women to shop! And I want to remember what it was like to feel sexy in the changing room!”
Tina laughed, “ok! But I’m not staying this old forever ever!”
Mom changed into a young outfit of Tina’s and Tina borrowed an outfit of Mom’s. Now they both were appropriately dressed for their age. Moments later they were driving to the mall.
