It was a small ceremony. Kevin wanted to keep the guest list to only the essential people. Only Kevin's immediate family was on the guest list. This made the wedding story easier for Angela, who had no surviving family.
'You may now kiss the bride!' The preacher said smiling.
Kevin and Angela embraced in a loving kiss as the small wedding crowd clapped. Kevin and Angela quickly made their way to the limousine awaiting their transportation to the reception. Once in the limousine, Angela said, 'What the hell was that?....You stuck your tongue in my mouth at the altar!' Angela wiped her mouth making a disgusted look.
Kevin whispered, 'Be quiet'we don't want the limo driver to think anything is strange!'
Angela then whispered, 'Fine'.but you didn't say anything about having to French kiss!'
Kevin whispered back, 'What did you expect? The groom always kisses the bride at the end!'
Angela grabbed the bottle of champagne awaiting the newlyweds and took a long swig. Kevin grabbed he bottle away from her, 'Take it easy!...You only weigh 120 pounds now! You can't drink like you normally do!......plus, you can't show up to the reception drunk!'
Angela felt better after the swig of champagne. Looking at her hand, she pointed to the ring, 'What's the difference'we are married now right?'
Kevin whispered back, 'Come on! You know the plan'we can't blow this at the reception. You are going to have to dance with me and act happy like any other woman would normally do. Remember getting married is every woman's dream!'
Angela laughed looking down at her wedding dress, 'I still can't believe you talked me into this!'
Kevin smiled, 'Remember the inheritance money'.4 million dollars split 2 ways! Just keep thinking of that!'
Angela got a grin on her face, 'Now THAT is every girl's dream!'
