A knock at the door means a newcomer to the scene

"Look what you've done to me!" Michael panicked from the floor, completely naked and feeling a chill come about. Her hand instantly went to her mouth after speaking; not only did she now have a woman's voice, but due to her size it was quite higher in pitch.

Sally leaned down to the ground, "I'm sorry, I can't hear you!" She laid her palm down on the floor allowing Michael to walk onto her hand. "Say again?" She pulled Michael in close to her ear.

Michael wrapped her tiny arms around her chest, causing her breasts to lift and her nipples to harden. "You made me tiny! And I'm a woman! And I'm cold!" she chattered.

Sally set Michael down on the kitchen table and sat down, pushing the little red doll's dressed that had made this possible. "Oh, but honey, you are just so perfect! Any girl would wish to be you! Now, put on the dress, it'll make you warmer." As Michael did so begrudgingly, there was a knock at the door. It was...
