The pressure was getting even stronger in Sarah's bowels.

"I can't hold on forever," thought Sarah, "Ugh, I can't believe I'm going to poop myself in a diaper. This is so embarrassing. Maybe I should just get it over with. But maybe if I wait, Allie will let me use the bathroom if I beg."
