April decided to have some more fun with Tom before swallowing him. She still was sitting Indian style (butterfly style) and she dropped Tom from her mouth into the middle of her legs then she decided to push him slowly back towards her feet, she moved her feet a little apart making space for Tom to go in between, which he did, she closed her feet around him sandwiching him between her soles only allowing his head to stick out, sitting between her first and second toes.
"What's the big idea!" Tom yelled, "Just felt like doing that, anyways I want to play a game!" said April, "Do I have a choice in the matter?" asked Tom, "Of course not!" April said smiling. "So what is the game?" Tom asked, "Ok, so you have to pleasure my feet as best you can, if you do a good job then I'll pleasure you, if not then I swallow you" April explained, "That's not fair!" Tom said, but April ignored him and just released him from her feet and pushed him back further so she could stretch out her legs.
"Now rub, kiss, or whatever, just pleasure my feet" April commanded, Tom having no other option if he didn't want to get eaten decided to do it. He started off by rubbing her soles, he did his best to rub individual parts at a time to try and be as thorough as possible. April moaned softly a few times while Tom rubbed her feet but it wasn't enough for her to give him the win, so he took it up a notch and leaned in and gave her foot a kiss, he kissed every inch of her sole, she even lowered her toes so he could kiss on and in between them, at one point she grabbed him with her toes while he had his body in between her toes kissing, she just teased him of course.
After a while April said "That's enough" and gave him her decision:
