Sakura was on her way to the forest of death to get in some early morning training. She was always quick-witted, and this morning's training session was going to be exceptionally interesting. She laughed to herself, picturing in her mind what was to come later on.
Making her way into the forest, she unexpectedly came across a peculiar little item lying in the grass. It looked to be some sort of awkward looking accessory, no bigger than a bracelet. It was shaded a light golden hue, glimmering in the sun. Curiously, she picked it up, brought it close to her eyes, and examined it.
'What is this thing?' she thought to herself. She turned the newly discovered object over. On the back of it was a very strange looking symbol.
'This sign... I've seen it before. I know it.'
Suddenly, she heard a noise from behind her. She quickly turned around to see what or who it was, making sure not to drop the golden trinket. Fortunately, it was only a raccoon.
Drawing her attention back to the mysterious little item in her hand, she thought to herself, 'where have I seen this sign before?' As she finished her thought, the object started to glow, emitting a bright blue light that almost blinded her. She had to cover her flawless face to keep it from getting distorted.
Then, almost as quickly as the light had appeared, it dissipated, leaving Sakura in a state of confusion. 'What was that all about?' she thought.
Just then, without warning, Tsunade appeared in tree to her right; Shizune in one to her left.
