Chapter #3a ray gun by: Unknown It was just about the most bulky and bizarre-looking piece of equipment Anna had ever laid eyes on, but there was no doubt it was a gun, designed to shoot... something. It had a very large barrel (four to five inches wide,) a trigger that looked more like a pump, and a very, very big container (bigger than the gun itself) attached to the back, holding the ammo she assumed.
She was afraid to even walk near it, but out of curiosity (and hopes that it wouldn't spontaneously fire) she did so anyway and saw what was apparently a manual right next to it. Anna wasn't one to read through a long-winded booklet like this, but it was probably the only way to know what this gun even did. It read;
"Section 1: Introduction
This is the DoMC's Direct-force Incontinence Appealing Personally-operated Enforcement of Re-ordered Society Distributor device."
"What a mouthful!" Anne thought to herself as she continued reading what was an even bigger mouthful; pretty much a wall of text that she only read because of her incredible curiosity. (However, you may skip this long paragraph if you like.)
"By observing the picture below, or simply viewing the device itself; you will see a large, white container in the back of the device. This holds up to 6.4 gallons of the DoMC owned 'Paddglue,' by pulling the trigger in the middle of the device, .75 gallons of Paddglue will be fired out the cannon in the front of the device alongside another creation of the DoMC; the 'Level 7 matter annihilator flying titanium shock-wave grenade.' After the grenade (soon followed by the Paddglue) are fired from the device, it will travel up to 50 feet until it hits a target. The device was designed for its targets to be the midsection of up-standing humans, first the grenade will erupt as soon as it hits the desired human, sending a 1.5 foot range shock-wave that will decentigrate any clothing the human is wearing (or any body hair the human has) in that range. If timing and aiming is done correctly (which it is %99.6 percent of the time in practical scenarios) the Paddglue (which is like a hot liquid, almost like yogurt only it sticks to itself and to anything it touches) will then hit the bare skin of the human and wrap around their crotch, essentially like underwear. But now that the Paddglue is being exposed to oxygen, it is rapidly cooling down and expanding into a solid. Thus causing it to "fluff up" around the human, after 5 to 7 seconds, the Paddglue would have finished expanding and is now a highly absorbent material (waterproof on the outermost layer, the same way bread crust is formed) and is in every way a usable diaper to the human. The only difference from a regular diaper is that this is all one piece, and is very difficult to take off. This main feature of the device can be used to break up crowds of mobs or to simply get people's attention. Please read full manual before using. Copyright the DoMC 1994."
Anne laid the manual down in amazement, hardly believing what she had just read, and still trying to wrap her head around it. But after a while of thought, she gathered that this device actually shoots a diaper right onto someone simply by aiming and firing at them. Not only that, but it removes the clothing around the required area beforehand. A crazy concept all the way, but considering the insane look of the gun, maybe it really did?
