It's a mouth

Curiosity has took control over you. You step inside this mysterious cave, get your feet wet. You take a look around, and you see more white spikes from top and bottom. Also you see something hanging from the roof of the cave over the dark hole. Suddenly, you realized something. It's not a cave it's a mouth. The floor is not a floor, but a tongue as well. Plus, the spikes are teeth as well. You're in someone's mouth, but whose mouth is it?
