Four hours had passed since sasuke's first feeding he couldn't do much but lie their listening to his stomach churning and gurgling at digesting his so called "meal" But while that was happening he noticed how not only was his stomach slowly shrinking but his body began to inflate with fat no body part was spared everything began to puff up with fat even his face was becoming a little puffy especially his cheeks, he could even feel a second chin was beginning to grow under his real one just when he thought the situation couldn't get worse, he heard the door open he felt his body unwillingly freeze again knowing orochimaru had come back with his next "meal" thinking he was going to eat another prisoner, but once he came into his line of sight he was shocked to find he had brought two prisoners one male and another female both unconscious, orochimaru simple smirked and answered "thought you'd be hungrier so I decided to double your meal" and with that he shoved the male prisoner into his mouth down his throat, once again sasuke was forced to swallow to avoid chocking once he had finished he tried to gasp for air but orochimaru didn't let him by quickly stuffing the female prisoner once again forcing him to swallow to avoid chocking a few minutes he finally done and his stomach had swollen even bigger with two people inside it once again pinning him down he was panting from exhaustion once again and like before he felt orochimaru rubbing his enlarged stomach leaning his ear to hear the uchiha's stomach groaning and churning loudly trying to digest his large "meal". He grinned in sadistic pleasure at the current condition of his pet and the progress he was making but knew he could make him bigger. With that in mind he got up to leave and like before he looked at sasuke well his belly since it was blocking his view to his face " I'll be back tomorrow with breakfast sweet dreams pet" with he shut the door leaving sasuke alone once again, he panted and groan he eventually fell uncomfortable into a deep sleep his stomach still digesting making the uchiha fatter.
