With a wave of her hands Ivy summed a group of nearby vines to encircle Batman. "I think that tonight we are going to plant the newest addition to our garden everyone" Ivy said to no living thing except the trees and bushes around her. "Take him to my grove" with that Ivy turned and walked away leaving her plants to deal with the beaten Batman.
Batman was tightly constricted but vines for the next 20 minutes as the plants in Ivy's garden moved him from where he had been caught and trampled into the mud to whatever Ivy's grove was. Batman was unable to resist the process of been handed from vine to root and plant to plant as the garden fulfilled Ivy's orders. At least it was a moment for Batman to think about how he was going to escape Ivy and deal with her shrinking serum.
When he arrived at the grove Batman found Ivy waiting for him casually leaning against a tree with a vial of the serum. The vines delivered Batman right up to Ivy's feet so he was forced to look up at her all along the length of her body. If she wanted Ivy could have easily crushed him under her heel now but clearly she had other plans.
"What do you think Batman, is this a good place for my throne grove? Once I release this serum into the Gotham water supply the city will be mine and those that refuse to treat the environment with respect will be left tiny to face it's wrath. I'm actually you glad you came tonight so I could have this little test with you and since you have been a thorn in my side I'm glad I will be able to make you more supportive of me in the future" Ivy said with a smile.
"Now open up" Ivy poured some of the serum onto batman causing him to grow back to 3 feet tall. "I just need you a little bigger"
The vines holding Batman let him go are he grew bigger and this allowed Batman to roll away from Ivy. Getting into a fighting stance Batman saw a small hole in the middle of the grove next to Ivy.
"Do you really think you can stop me?" Ivy said smirking at Batman's fighting stance "I'd say this hole would be your grave, but that's not quite right"
"You're insane Ivy, think of all the people who are going to get hurt because of you" Batman said getting ready to fight
