Would you think it's wierd if I took off your socks and continue to tickle you?" you say. "Be my guest." he says. You take off both socks and tickle all over his feet. "Hey Steve? You could tie up my feet if you want to." he offers. "Oh, that's a great idea!" you say as you grap some rope from your closet. You tie his ankles together and his hands behind his back. "You didn't have to tie my hands up, Steve." Phil said. "Well, it will make the experience more fun" you reply. You then start to smell Phil's feet. You put your nose inbetween his toes and soak up the wonderful smell of his feet. You suddenly feel the urge to start licking his feet. With Phil tied up, you could do anything you wanted with him.
