Unfortunately for Michelle, what she forgot to mention was that when she grabbed on to something while growing or shrinking, they grow or shrink alongside her. Since her regular height was 5'8" (68 inches) and she grew to about 58' (which is 696 inches), she grew and shrunk to about 10 times her original size, plus a foot or so. Since Robert was 70 inches tall normally, and he shrunk to a little less than a tenth his normal size, that made him about a little less than 7 inches tall now!
Instead of panicking at her mishap, though, Michelle simply smiled.
"You like the view?" she asked Robert as she placed the boy right up to her face.
"Actually, now I'm more dizzy than ever", he commented in a squeaky voice, which caused Michelle to giggle.
"You must be tired from your long journey anyway, so perhaps my carrying you would be beneificial? I'll show you some more around your abode and then feed you, okay?"
"Sounds good to me. Just...put me down", Robert said, his face looking a little discolored due to his being up so high.
"A-A-Are you afraid of heights, Master Robert?" the worried Michelle asked as she gently placed him on the ground.
"Yes", he quickly replied.
But how am I supposed to show you around the house then?! thought the blonde-haired maid to herself. Perhaps she could restore Robert's original height once more..until she thought of something else. She could shrink to his level and they both go flying around in something like a shoe. Michelle's magic was good enough to do something like that.
