Robert took his chances and walked to the giantess figure in front of him. Since she was currently sobbing on the bench, her boots wouldn’t be a worry this time to him. He dashed over as fast he could, but his small size made this journey take much longer than he thought he would; only a few feet away, Robert’s small size took him several minutes to get over there.
When Robert finally did approach the giant, crying maid, he carefully climbed up her boot, quickly grabbing on to her shoelaces as a means of supporting himself up. He then climbed up her uniform until he was past her legs, up her arms, and finally next to her left ear.
“Erika”, Robert whispered into her ear, which caused her to freeze in place.
“W-W-Who said that?” Erika asked, shaking her head left and right. Robert clung on to her dress for dear life.
“It’s me, Robert”, he explained.
“Oh God, now I’m hearing voices in my head! I really DID kill him!” Erika whined, about to cry again.
“No, I’m still alive!” Robert calmly told her. “I’m near your right ear. Reach out your hand next to it.”
“Um…okay…”, Erika slowly said, doing as she was told. She reached out her hand slowly to the tiny man, hoping she didn’t hurt him in the process. She then pulled it back after a minute of waiting, hoping to see her master once more.
