when you first see kevin he's just about to encounter it

he walking in the woods when suddenly his booted feet start to sink very slowly in a thick brown substance
"yuck, gross" he shouts as the quicksand starts the bubbling noise as it gives way beneath his weight.

He raises his right boot only for the stuff to strech from the surface to the top of his sole
"nrrruuuggghhh"is the struggeling noise which comes out in a manly tone before his boot is pulled off revealing his black scoked foot which is above the surface, kevin looks down as he sees that his boot is about to go under so he quickly grabs it and throws it towards a bush (which you are hiding in)
