Walking home from school one day, Peter noticed a shop he had never seen before, wedged between a book store and a music store. He frowned a little as he slowed down to look a little more closely at the strange store, he visited both shops either side of it quite a bit, but he had never seen it before. Despite feeling a little wary about the whole idea, Peter found himself walking inside, the door tinkling as he pushed it open. The shop was tiny, shrouded with purple cloths from every corner, the walls lined with shelves that were stacked with bottles of all shapes and sizes. Some were filled with milky blue liquids, others with bubbling green ones, Peter found himself staring until a sharp cough drew his attention away, and he jumped a little at seeing the middle aged woman sat behind the counter.
She was tall and thin, with light wrinkles about her violet eyes, with long black hair that fell down her back with a shimmer. "Only those who have a wish deep in their hearts can find this store," she commented, with the air of having to explain to many people why a store had appeared out of no-where, "It is my duty to help you grant those wishes." She smiled gently, and for a moment, she looked oddly pretty. She beckoned Peter closer to her with her finger, and oddly compelled to follow, Peter did.
"This potion" the witch began, setting down a purple potion on the counter in front of him, "Will grant any wish that you want to make." Peter found his mind swimming with the possibilities, his cheeks flushing a little as he looked down to his flat stomach. The witch smiled slowly as she tapped the side of the glass with her long fingernails, able to read his thoughts easily.
"You want to be fat," she commented with a frankness that made Peter flush further, "Then you could wish to be fat. Or you could wish to gain weight. I don't know how you want to do it. Or," her eyes sparkled as she leant in closer, "I could make you a special potion. You will gain and lose weight to your will. And no matter what size you are, people will have always seen you that way. But," she finally leant back, ".. do you have another idea?"
