"Eheheh....tourists, you said, uh?...eheheh...."
"Yes, of course. Our names are...uh....." Edward suddenly blocked. He didn't have much fantasy for fake names.
"I'm...I'm Armand and this is my brother Edwin. Yeah, that's right! We're the two Algard brothers!"
"Edwin Algard and Armand Algard...eheheh...I see. Eheheh..."
"Phew! Thank you, brother!" Ed whispered.
"You're welcome."
The old man, with his mouth half open, showing off his rotten teeth and letting a thread of drool falling down slowly, wrote the names on the registry, moving his arm as if he was getting lots of little electrical shocks.
Al couldn't get his eyes off of that monster, those mannequin moves and affected manners, and his eye, God, that big white eye, come up from the worst nightmares.
Ed took off some money from his pockets and then he and Alphonse were led to one of the coaches behind the house, the best one, according to the owner. The horses seemed to be big and strong, but the coach wasn't in a good condition at all: the internal was completely dusty and uncleaned, while the cushion seat had some big rips and even some spring coming out of it.
"Woah! If this is the best coach, I can't dare to imagine how the other ones are..."
"Probably they would go in pieces right after some meters..." Al and Ed grimly said.
"Hey, wait a moment! Where is the coachman?"
"Eheheheh.....it's easy.....eheheh...there's no coachman...eheheh....you'll have to drive it by yourself...eheheh....good luck, kid!"
"WHO'S THE LITTLE BACTERIUM YOU CANNOT SEE EVEN WITH A MICROSCOPE, EH?!?"
"Come on, bro, he just said "kid"...." Al said and, noticing that Ed wasn't listening to him, he picked him up by grabbing his coat and he threw him inside the coach. The door closed right after. Al then reached the coachdriver seat and, with a strong whip, made the horse rear up and run as if they were chased by the devil himself.

As Al continued to whip the horses, he kept on driving the coach making the horse go straight on on the road. Inside the coach, Edward was jerking up and down, as the hollows followed, hit by the coach wheels.

"I-i-i-if I e-e-ever come b-b-back a-a-live from here, M-m-m-mustang will hear m-m-m-me."

Elric brothers journey to Rauhsang....
