Mike sat confused on the sidewalk, on the road, and even in the front garden of the house. His new huge back took up a lot of space. Luckily the street was empty so no one had noticed him yet but he knew that a 50 foot tall naked boy would soon be noticed so he had to hurry.
His friend Josh lived in a nice house at the end of the street. He wanted to get there. Josh's house was high and he could hide in his back garden so no one could see him.
He stood up and walked away. He tried to hurry, but it’s not easy to walk on huge feet that are much larger than an adult. If he stepped too hard with them then the ground shook. A couple of mailboxes and fence slats were also smashed under his feet when he accidentally stepped on them. As he grew his hair grew longer and now reached his shoulders. This was sometimes blown into his face by the wind and made his progress even more difficult. Once, almost a parked car was smashed.
Eventually, slower than he would have liked but arrived unnoticed. He stepped over the garage on tiptoe. The back garden was spacious and tidy even had a small fishpond. Josh's room was upstairs and overlooked the garden.
Mike went to the window and knelt down to see the room. His friend was back to the window in front of his computer. He gently tapped the window with one finger. Unfortunately, Josh couldn’t hear him because he had earphones in his ear. Mike tapped the windowpane louder and louder. Then, the window opened. Mike gently opened the other one as well. That way he could put his hand in the window. He reached across the room and touched Josh's shoulder.
Josh suddenly turned around and saw Mike's face in the window.
"AAAAAAHHHHHH" Panicked Josh.
"Ssssshhhh. Don't be afraid! It's me, Mike!" He tried to reassure his friend.
"Mike?" Josh walks toward the window. "What happened to you? You're so big." He looks out the window and looks from Mike to toe to his head. "And naked!"
Mike sits on the grass with his legs crossed in front of him and tells what happened to him. Josh stood in the window and listened to him.
