Okay, so these options aren't working out, so why not we try these.

Toshio: A 5 year old Japanese boy who is turning 6 soon, and is a absolutely huge giant monster fan. He loves seeing monsters smash up cities and act all Godzilla such. Now given that this is a gentle story, Toshio wants to be a different type of giant monster. He still wants to do the city smashing and all, but also be supportive to the people of Japan and caring, all while acting like Godzilla and his favorite monsters. Is of average height for his age around 3'6 with short black hair and pale skin.

Max: a 4ft short dark blue hair boy with glasses. He is always been a nice and charming kid at heart at 8 years old, and he wants to be the best kid possible. He is helpful and kind, though a little playful from time to time.

Raden: A 13 year old boy who is a comic nerd who becomes by some means a superhero known as the Gigantor, who can adjust their size at will. He uses his power to fight crime and keep the streets of New York safe from criminals. A African American with black hair and a slim look.

Pobo: A Mexican 8 year old boy who is raised to be the heir of a huge company that distributes food across the planet. He wants to continue that legacy and one day he becomes big somehow, and uses his gift to keep the business going. Even becoming an urban legend in the process. Has white hair and a Mexican look with fair skin, a bit chubby also.
