As she heads home Rise's still unaware that...

Rise still didn't notice that she was very slowly growing bigger and stronger with each minute that passed. Even though she had to fix her tightening clothes every now and then, the idol still didn't see that underneath her school uniform, she was becoming as fit as a fitness model. She had a faint six-pack along with some definition to her other muscles, such as her biceps and quads.

The idol still didn't see her muscles when she changed into her work uniform at her family's tofu shop. Nobody that came to the shop, either to buy tofu or see the stunningly beautiful Rise, noticed that she was getting bigger and bigger. By the time the sun lowered in the sky, Rise's uniform was starting to feel skin-tight. Rise, however, didn't notice that the uniform was skin-tight. Rather, she was more interested in why she didn't feel exhausted despite the enormous workload she had today.

"That's weird," she said to herself as she removed her clothes until she stood in her room wearing only her lacey underwear. "I don't tired at all. In fact, I feel like exercising..."
