Kilik found himself at the booted feet of Siegfried, not necessarily a good thing. "What have we here?", he asked mockingly. "A tiny man? And all by himself too. Don't worry, I'll keep you safe.", he said with a glint in his eye. Kilik tried to run, but an armoured fist grasped him tightly. "Let me go, monster!" Kilik's cries were in vain. Siegfried put a finger to Kilik's mouth, "Hush little one, like I said, I'll keep you safe..." With that, he placed the wriggling Kilik into a small satchel on his belt. Patting the satchel twice, he left for home.
Kilik was trapped in a tiny sac, trying desperately to escape. He had no weapon, nothing to cut himself out, and nothing to do but wait. Why would this man capture him though? What did he do wrong? He wracked his brain for an answer, but it seemed unprovoked. If that was the case, Kilik knew for sure that he was in trouble.
Siegfried finally made it to a little cottage in the woods, his temporary home. As he walked through the front door, he faced the decision of what to do with his little toy.
