You say nothing and go red

Seeing you blush, Cameron quickly tells you "It's nothing to be embarrassed about, I like having my feet rubbed". Hearing that, your face returns to its normal color and say "Really, Cameron?". You ask Cameron if he would like a foot rub on the way to his hotel. Cameron quickly agrees and places his feet in your lap. You slip off Cameron's shoes and while starting to slowly rub his feet, you inhale deep to take in the wonderful aroma of Cameron's sweaty feet. After a couple of minutes of rubbing his feet, you realize Cameron has fallen asleep. What should you do?......
