Volunteer yourself as a toy.

"M-Mom..." Tom interrupts Cathy and Ann's teasing of your sister.
"Hmm? Yes honey?" Cathy says, surprised to hear you speak up, but smiling none the less.
"I... I was wondering if I... I mean... Could I... Take Claire's place..." He finally manages to ask.

Suddenly, all eyes are on him as they all begin to understand what you're asking. Of course, Ann is the first one to respond.
"Oh Tom dear... You want us to shrink you down and keep you near our big, smelly feet? Why would you ever WANT something like that?" Ann teases. Claire is surprisingly quiet, but this is most like because she doesn't want to end up under either pair of feet.
"It's just that... I've always seen you and mom shrink people and... Play with them under your feet... I was just curious to see what it's like..." Tom says, blushing and not believing he's actually saying this.
"Well Tom, since you asked, I'm sure your mother would be more than happy to oblige, wouldn't you Cathy?" Ann asks.
"Of course Ann, I would love to give Tom his first shrinking experience... Besides, I'm sure one of the girls would just love to have him at their toes!" Cathy says, giggling.
"What? No! I don't want-" Tom starts
"Uh-uh, this isn't about what you want any more Tom. You said you wanted to be tiny and that's what you're going to be. Now, I need to lift the ban from Tom for a certain girl... Which one should get the honor of being Tom's first shrinker..."
