"Yes ma'am, what will you have" said the pool-side waiter.
"For me, um, a big cheesburger, french fries, and a large chocolate milkshake, oh yeah and a large piece of double-chocolate cheesecake, and my friend will have, what will you have Clair?"
"Two pieces of that cheesecake and one of the milkshakes" Said Clair, "I think you can tell I've already eaten a bit today"
