Listen to your giant sister

You decide that it is in your best intrest to listen to your now giant sister, so you squat down and begin to push. You fart a lot then a huge fart comes out of your rear and you see Lisa smile. Then it comes out. A giant poop comes out of your butt and falls into the awaiting diaper. This is followed by another and another until the diaper is sagging down to your knees.

Lisa says "good little bro now finish it". Then you relax again and pee into the diaper which causes the diaper to sag a little more and turn it to a yellow color. Lisa is very happy to see this. "I told you that you were a baby before and now you just comfirmed it little bro". "Well Lisa are you just going to leave me in this very stinky dirty diaper?" you ask. What is Lisa's response?
