Make the world more happy

So how "happy" would Sylvia make the world anyway? We'll divide these ideas up into two contrasting scenarios for different effects.

Scenario A: world peace and freedom would exist, hate, war and crime would be nonexistant.

Scenario B: a little more sugarcoated, like something you'd see out of an ordinary children's cartoon. The world is extremely bright and colorful, every inhabitant is almost always jolly and negative ideals are restricted.

So what kind of utopia does Sylvia wish to transform the world into?

You have the following choices:
