As he looked into her eyes, he didn't see any kind of the compassion he expected from someone upon them finding out he'd shrunk and they'd accidentally broken his leg. He fact there was more anger in her eyes. This was confirmed when she spoke. "But what use are you going to be like this", she said, her voice raising, and her warm breath washing over him. "I need someone here who can help me, but you can't do that. Not only do you have a broken leg, but you're three inches tall!"
Jason moved back in shock, almost falling off the edge of her hand. He quickly regained his composure though, this girl was not only normally shorter than him, but she was five years younger than him too - he didn't have to take this, so he went back at her. "It's not my fault I've shrunk, I'm in a worse situation than you, so you need to help me, not the other way around. Also, it was you who broke my leg by standing in it".
