James and Gina were walking to their rooms when they saw something strange. A baby of about two years old was pushing a large stroller containing an obviously retarded teenaged girl. The girl was sitting up in her stroller playing with some toys as the toddler boy pushed her down the hall. Behind the boy, his parents were walking hand in hand. The woman wasn't steady on her feet. She must be drunk, James thought, even though it was quite early in the day.
James and GIna forced themselves not to stare. Which is a good thing, because if they had taken a closer look, they would have seen that the toddler was wearing woman's strappy sandals with a two inch heel on his feet. Closer inspection of the man to anyone who would have looked would clearly show that under his pants he was wearing a diaper.
