"Well, let's change the relationships between the two couples," Dr. Moriarty thought to himself. "Let's see..."
The first thing that Dr. Moriarty did was swap the relationships of Gina and Billy. But that wasn't enough, she then swapped the relationship of the new Gina with Megan and of the new Billy with James. Now Megan and Gina would be mom and child with Gina the mom and Megan the child. James would the the seductress to her boss Billy. "This will be fun," Dr. Moriarty said to himself as he returned them to their rooms.
In their room, GIna and Megan woke up. Megan was at an age where she wanted to know 'Why' about everything.
"Mommy," Megan asked Gina.

"But why am I bleeding?"
"You are just having your period."

"OK, OK, Here I'll replace your napkin. Just think of it like a big band-aid."
Megan thought about it for a second. "OK, Mommy."
Gina, replaced the napkin and pulled up Megan's panties. Then as an added thought to keep the band-aid theme, she kissed Megan on the front of her panties. "There Mommy's kiss made it all better."
Meanwhile in the other room, Billy and James came too. Billy was sitting on the edge of the bed and James was sitting in a chair. James was about to get up when James told him to just wait there. Then James started to dance. He stood up from his seat and started swaying back and forth in a rhythmic fashion until he was in front of Billy who was now sitting up straight on the bed. James then seductively unbuttoned the button on his suit jacket. He was now wearing an oxford shirt with a blue tie, dress pants, black socks with shoes. He then stepped out of his left shoe and then let it hang on his foot. He brought the shoe, hanging only by his toe, towards Billy before slinging it away and then he did the same with the other shoe. He then used his sock clad foot to message, BIlly's inner thigh.
