Maria becomes hopelessly lost.

Ten spite the mountains being only a short distance from her, Maria had to first go through a thick forest, abandoning the road and following small pathways and hunter-trails. But that was a bad move, because she descended even deeper and deeper into the forest, and soon found herself hopelessly lost.

"Dammit!" Maria exclaimed, throwing her bag towards the ground. She sat down on a fallen log, her head in her paws. She was on her way, to find fame, glory, and wealth, but instead she got lost! She felt like crying, but she calmed herself down.

Picking up her belongings, she decided to backtrack. But, unfortunately, she took a few wrong routes and ended up even deeper in the woods. Her hunger was returning, and she was just about to abandon all hope when she saw...
