Unaware, a slime slunk into the camp, the gelatinous creature having bypassed the alarm spell because of its lack of a physical form. The slime, a soft azure color, quietly made its way into camp. It had emerged nearby from the Lipomancer’s lair, requiring a host to inhabit. The slime, which was the size of a human child, needed said host to find safety from the cold air that assaulted it’s goopy body.
Hikari’s sleeping form was a warmth amidst the coldness of the wind, and the slime slithered towards her. Hiraki snored, blissfully unaware of the slime, and the open mouth was all the invitation the mindless creature needed to find refuge. It slithered into her mouth, the warmth of her insides warming the slime.
Somehow, as the slime wiggled into her mouth, Hikari remained fast asleep. Soon, the entire creature had taken residence in her belly. The warmth was perfect, and the creature began to make a nest in her belly. But due to the slime’s liquid form, it was unaware of the fact that it would be digested rapidly alongside the boar. Rapidly, it tried to escape, but it was too late. The slime dissolved in Hikari belly, eventually spreading throughout the body as a super-caloric snack. Her body absorbed the magical essence that gave the slime life, and the slime itself.
Slowly, her flesh softened beneath her robes, and she grow slightly more round. Nothing too noticeable, but her skin took a paler, and her eyes glowed a soft azure beneath her sealed eyelids.
Hikari, still asleep by some miracle of the gods, only felt some minor indigestion. She sleepily patted her soft belly, burping lightly, before drifting back to sleep.
