Punishment?

As your sitting looking over what to order, you notice Tina has a smirk on her face, meaning something's not right...

"You know you're pretty dumb, right?", she says to you. "I have the power to control anything about you. You think I can't read your mind? Tsk-tsk-tsk." Uh-oh. And you thought you were in trouble before.

"I was joking, I didn't mean it! Pl-please, don't do anything el-" You stammer.

"I'll just cut you off now, okay?" says the still-smiling witch. "You were wondering what I'm going to do? I'll tell you. Everytime you misbehave, like right now, you're going to be punished. Let's see how long you take to learn to act right."

You shiver as you can feel your body changing again, but how?
