With that flash, everything changed. Tina had gone through the same injuries she had before.
However, in this new world, Tina, desperate to do anything to get her chances back, willingly let herself be used in the name of science. She went to a lab, which injected her body with large amounts of nanites, along with a genetic treatment to alter her DNA to better accept the alterations to her body.
But what the scientists didn't expect was how effective this treatment would be. She was sent home to rest and recover. The genetic treatment though, affected her DNA far more than was thought possible. It changed it so that not only would it accept the nanites and any changes they did, but 'worked together' with the nanites, if you could call it that, to make even greater changes.
The nanites on the other hand, had a malfunction in their programming, which caused them to believe any small damages would be cause to change, enhance, and strengthen it further.
What this caused for Tina was...
Within a day, she was fully recovered from her injuries and even better than she had been before. Going to the gym that day, she quickly discovered her almost limitless stamina and near-instant recovery from anything. After a week, she had already started lifting cars to even get a 'pump'. After a month, she needed locomotives for the same thing. Six months later and a couple of battle ships she had 'borrowed' were barely enough to give her any work out. And finally after two years, where Tina's new reality met up with the one that Dennis now found himself in, Tina guessed she had the strength of Superman in just her arm alone, and was about as strong as 10 Supermen all together. Not to mention still getting stronger.
And the muscle too. At first it wasn't too much, but as time went on, her body, while barely growing any taller (she was just shy of 5 feet tall now), she had gained an incredible amount of muscle. Huge, incredible bulges of ridiculously ripped muscles were spread across her entire body. Yet she still had all the same grace and agility from her gymnast training despite the huge size she was now.
(Note: Didn't describe her outfit, wasn't sure what to have it, so feel free to describe it in another chapter)
Needless to say, Dennis, not having expected that, had to now deal with the new reality he was in.
