As Sarah walked out of her room - still clad in her underwear, after all, what else would fit, she shoulder bumped her "big" brother out of the way and then reached back and grabbed him under one of his arms and lifted him off the ground to carry him towards their dads work out room.
Dennis gulped at this display of strength and barely breathed until his muscle clad sister deposited him against a wall, moving over to the weights - which she had no concept how to use properly she just grabbed the 200 pound bar already in place and lifted it up, moving it to one hand.
"OK, I've seen dad work out - and this looks like the weight he uses when he's laying on the bench - with both arms. And I can lift it in one hand? Oh wow. Take a picture of this bro.", she smiled posing. Dennis did not move for the camera.
"I said, take a picture, or maybe I'll wrap this around your scrawny neck.", she threatened, gripping the bar with both hands and putting effort on it as if she was going to try to bend it. It was no surprise to her that the hardened steel bar didn't bend in her hands, but she knew the threat would hit home with her brother. Dennis brought the camera up and snapped the picture - not surprised at all when the lens showed him the bar bending against her strength, thinking that was what was truly happening. After all, he too had no real experience with muscles the size his sister possessed and assumed that much muscle could easily accomplish that task.
After he snapped the picture Sarah gasped as the bar began to not only bend to her strength, but twist like a drinking straw to her. When Dennis lowered the camera his sister was twisting the bar into a pretzel shape in front of him, a widening grin on her face. A display of strength that intimidating, even from his kid sister, caused Dennis to get a hard on.
"Oh wow, I'm like Supergirl now - I'm probably the strongest person in the world."
Dennis stood mutely nodding, fairly certain that was the case.
Sarah looked around. "Nothing in here is going to challenge these mega muscles - except maybe the whole house."
Dennis hoped she wasn't able to lift the whole house - and hoped even more she wouldn't ask him to take a picture of her doing it, because his mind was getting so addled he'd make her able to do it.
