“Oh my gosh, Dennis, I can’t BELIEVE I just did that! I never would have guessed I was so strong! I mean one second I could hardly keep my grip on the rings and the next thing I knew I had this surge of power throughout my body and then felt the urge to perform that hold. I have NEVER been able to do anything even close to that before!”
As she was gushing, she was talking with her arms and then held them out in front of her for a moment. She pulled her right arm up and flexed her bicep, letting out a squeal as a small, but defined bicep sprouted on her arm.
“Oh. My. Gosh! Where did these muscles come from? I couldn’t have just gotten bigger from performing that hold could I?”
Dennis was as confused as Gina, but nearly as excited. Well, as excited, but he didn’t express it. He gave her a quizzical look.
“Uh, you mean that your bicep wasn’t always that big?”
Gina turned toward him, holding her pose and then squeezing her fist, causing the bicep to harden a bit, looking even more impressive, even though it was partially hidden by the loose t-shirt sleeve.
“No WAY! But I LOVE it! With pipes like these I could really make an impact on the cheerleading team.”
Dennis looked down at the camera. “So you really didn’t think about going into that move until after I took the picture?”
Gina released her flex and tossed out her left hip, accentuating a now firmer and bigger thigh. “I guess not. Why?”
Dennis looked at the camera again and then back up at Gina. “Oh, probably nothing.”
He paused as they both stared at each other for a moment, with Dennis looking at her like a he was trying to figure out how to assemble his computer desk.
“Well, since that went so well, why don’t you try another apparatus? How about the bar? Maybe you could try to see how many pull-ups you could do.”
Gina, still on her power rush high, nodded her head violently and giggled. “Yeah! That would be cool. I was never very good at those in school. I could only do three or four.”
Gina walked under a bar used by the male gymnasts and looked up. “Give me a boost!”
Thrilled at the chance to get a feel of her body, Dennis rushed over and gripping her waist, tried not to breath all over her. Staring at the bar high above her, Gina bent her knees and jumped. With little help from Dennis, she jumped higher than she had ever before and reached the bar on her first try.
Hanging there for a moment, Gina looked down at Dennis. “Wow. I can even jump higher now too! I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to make it all the way up here.”
At this point Dennis was scheming, if she was unable to perform that gymnastic move before he took the picture, he thought about her doing it and then she could; he was wondering if the camera were the cause. Was this what “perfect pictures” were all about? He smiled wryly. And now he could test this theory even further.
“OK Gina, why don’t you go ahead and try doing some pull ups.”
Smiling down, Gina pulled herself up and held her chin over the bar. “Oh Wow! That was easier than I EVER remember. This should be fun!”
As Gina started counting out her repetitions, Dennis couldn’t help but stare. Her firm legs swung a little with each completed pull-up. Her small, but firm chest seemed to swell a bit, her shoulders looked wide and sexy and her forearms and biceps bulged impressively. After 30 repetitions she started to slow, which was when Dennis pulled the camera back up.
He remembered recently watching an episode of “I Dream of Jeannie” in which Jeannie (or her twin) competed against an astronaut girl that was supposed to go into space with Major Nelson. Jeannie performed pull-ups so fast she was nearly a blur, including winking and doing one arm pull-ups. This had excited him to no end, even though the women were wearing gray cotton sweats that covered up ever inch of their bodies. He certainly had envisioned hard, bulging muscles capable of performing such a feat. With so many thoughts running through his head, he didn’t focus all that well. Big hard bulging muscles, unlimited endurance and the ability to effortlessly perform one arm pull-ups filled his thoughts. As Gina struggled to make it up for pull-up 31 he snapped the picture.
Gina was in a zone. She could hardly believe she was capable of doing so many pull-ups. The feeling of strength was invigorating. The stress she felt against her muscles as she knocked off the repetitions excited her. Even the fact that she slowed down didn’t bother her much as she looked at this as a challenge. How many could she do? Looking down, she saw Dennis pull the camera up again. Gina smiled, thrilled that he would be taking a picture of her newly buffed body.
But then as the flash was seen Gina felt another surge of strength wash over her body. Only this one felt much greater than the one she felt while hanging on the rings.
