Chapter #3

'The Truth About Sizes'

by: Digital Warrior Author IconMail Icon
You walked around the mall a little bit more carrying your book around. However, none of the other stores seemed to impress you enough to look around. You then finally decided to leave the mall and run back home, you ran faster than usual since dark clouds were in the sky, signaling that there was a chance of rain.

When you arrived inside your house you took the book out of the bag and set it on the table. You watched television for about an hour when you then decided to read the book. You were surprised beyond belief after you read the inside of the cover. It was different from when you read it in the bookstore. You continued to read through the pages as you became more and more shocked with every page you turned. From what you've read so far, you can only assume that this book is intended to be a spell book. Thoughts kept running through your mind saying that it was impossible. That there was no chance that magic even existed, but something inside you encouraged you to at least try it out. In a weird sort of way, you kinda wondered what it would be like to be at a different size.

You turned back to the first page, where the most basic spells were. You found what you though was the most basic, easiest spell on the page. It allowed you to look at a reflection of yourself and have the reflection appear much shorter. The spell did nothing to the real you whatsoever. You read the instructions carefully as you were now ready to perform it, if it was real. You walked up to the full length mirror in your bathroom and placed your hand on the mirror. You then looked back in the book and began to cast the spell.

To the reflection in the mirror that I now see

Will soon be different than what is really me

If being short is what I truly want to be

Then this spell will be the key

Shrinkify Reflectica

You then smiled with excitement as you saw your reflection starting to get shorter. It shrank smaller and small as the mirror continued to match your reflection. You started moving around and doing motions as the smaller reflection did the same. These spells were actually real.

You undid the spell and you thought of what to do next. You were a little frightened though. These spells could be too powerful for you to handle. Would you take the risk? Another thought popped into your head though, you could call your girlfriend over to help you. You could try them on her and see what she thinks. She would be excited about this magic stuff. But would you use growing or shrinking spells?

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Use the spells yourself and grow

2. Use the spells yourself and shrink

*Noteb*
3. Call Alexis and use the spells on her

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
