All Claire could hear from her phone was static noise, maybe whoever was calling her was driving through a tunnel. Claire decided she would wait 30 seconds perhaps it would clear up.
She plopped back down on the couch with phone to ear and continued flipping through channels.
After about 5 minutes of channel surfing Claire landed on the Sprout network for whatever reason the childish cartoons really intrigued her.
Soon without even realizing it Claire was following along with the cartoons learning activities, counting when told to count, patting her legs, clapping to make things move, screaming YAAY!! when she got things right.
It wasn't until her phone accidentally slipped from her ear that she notice what she was doing. "Why the heck am I watching Sprout?" She picked up her phone, whoever called her had hung up, then she notice the time. "Holy cow have I been watching childish cartoons for over 30 minutes?"
