This choice: does Rebecca let Ross in and maybe rekindle an old romance • Go Back...Chapter #6does Rebecca let Ross in and maybe rekindle an ... by: W. Reese Opening the front door just enough to look around it, there stood Ross, smiling with a small bakery bag in his hand.
"Hi, Ross What's up?" Becky's voice bright and cheerful.
The heavy door creaked opened a little more. Becky leaned her shoulder and left arm against the door post with her hand resting on the belt of her robe. She didn't realize this allowed the top to billow loosely putting her left boob in full display cradled in the crook of her arm. Ross's eyes briefly opened wide, his smile grew wider as he gawked at the pink upturned nipple, he full creamy white skin framed by faint bikini tan line . The voice in his head loud said; "Oh man check that out" "Look up Stupid, before you get caught perving!" "She is waiting for an answer" "Hey, look into her eyes not her lips that you want to kiss" "Oh, shit I've got damn hard-on and no more room, I'm leaking hot sticky, dampness." Snap out of it! Answer why you are here!" there was a lump in his throat almost as big as the one in his Wranglers
"I brought you a ... a Chocolate chunk cookie ... that I remember you use to love" Ross reached out to hand Becky the bag. "I wondered if you wanted to go grab a coffee and catch up!"
Becky stood up her peripheral vision caught her open top and boob display, she moved her left hand down off her belt gave a little tug that pulled the slack out of her top.
"Sorry I can't today, I have a job interview in a little while, and need to get ready for it!" "But, (pause)How about tomorrow, say 9ish?" Becky then took the little bag, wet her lips, leaned in giving a kiss to Ross's cheek. "Thanks Hon, I do love Main Street Bakery cookies, and ..." Becky kissed his cheek again, " your approval"
"Approval?" Ross's brow furrowed and his eyes questioned.
Knowing that she baited her line, this was her opportunity to use a tease to lure him to the bait
Becky, hugged Ross crushing her braless boobs against him then in a soft sexy tone close to his ear said: "Yes Hon, (she patted his crotch) love this compliment! Tells me you like how my girls have grown. I know now it's money well spent" Becky winked at him turned went inside and closed the door, yelling "See Ya Tomorrow" Leaving Ross standing there dumb founded.
Once the door closed and latched Becky backed up against it and let out a ragged breath Softly she said "Tomorrow" with a smile, Then thought "Am I still in love with my cowboy?" "Have to deal with that tomorrow, which is Wednesday!" Jake just flew out to Chicago this morning, and won't be back till Friday. Well its not a date it is just coffee and chatting with an old friend. It can't be a date I'm engaged to Jake. Jake should understand he knows I'm true to him. Becky told herself. Yet in another part of her brain she compared Jake to the Ross she use to know. That is tomorrow & it will all have to wait till later, have to get ready for my appointment!
Ross walked away from the house shaking his head Becky could still make him tongue tied, and make him blush, and shake-up his world. Ross thought we were meant to be and she has not married yet. So let the games begin, the game to win her heart back. Then Ross figured maybe a little help was needed. A stop at the marijuana store on his way back to the ranch.
Becky's 1st interview was promising, so she had fair news to share when Jake called that evening. Yet news of meeting with Ross tomorrow she kept secret, not really wanting to deal with any preconceived notions he might get. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
