You stand unsure in front of Beth's gorgeous feet, her toes flexing in anticipation. The painting of her other foot had drained almost all energy within you, and you thought the best way to use the last of it would be to save yourself. With that thought, you turn around and dash for the gap under the cubicle door.
"Ant... my feet are getting lonely..." Beth says softly, wriggling her toes behind you. If she thinks she can lure you back, she is kidding herself. Nothing could lure you back now, the previous experience with her feet was bad enough.

"Come on, don't make me punish you." she says calmly, standing up and casting her shadow over you. "If you don't come back and carry on painting my toenails right now, I will paint you in toe sweat. Whaddya say?"
Ignoring her disgusting threat, you continue to run, almost at the gap under the door. You can hear Beth's bare feet padding against the floor behind you, getting louder by the second. But you finally reach your destination, and dive through the gap under the cubicle floor, injuring your arm in the process.

But that didn't matter, you had made it! You are free from Beth, finally!
"Don't get comfortable on the floor there!" Beth giggles, grinning down at you. Right, of course. She could have just opened the door and caught up to you. If only the ability to make rational decisions was retained during the shrinking process.
"So you had your chance, Ant." Beth says darkly. "And you chose to break the rules. Prepare to pay..."
