The battle begins

Sarah backed off too the wall where she had a good veiw of the arena. She noticed everything that might give her an advantage using her theif's eye. Then she watched David to see what he was doing. He raised his sword and looked at her, signalling he was ready to fight. They charged forward.
         At the last moment she raced instead to the side, quickly turning before David recovered himself.
