Even though he felt full sasuke could still feel his belly rumble at the idea of dessert so he agreed, with that kabuto smile got a little bigger and brought out rice balls filled with tomatoes for his dessert since he knew the uchiha didn't like sweets there were fifteen rice balls each as big as a baseball, but despite that sasuke made quick work with eating all of them, once the rice balls where finished sasuke was now left with a completely full stomach, he couldn't but groan at how full he was his belly even bigger after he had finished kabuto silently took the plates and left the uchiha. Once kabuto was gone he once again rubbed his belly hoping it would soothe the fullness it only helped a little but he also noticed that the rubbing felt even better with his belly being bigger but didn't ponder why he simply closed his eyes enjoyed the rubbing until he eventually fell asleep with his hands still resting on his larger belly as it digested the large meals he had consumed.
