Richard stared into the glistening sunset, then into the dark, yet beautiful woods. Thoughts were flying through his head faster than he could keep up with them. He then felt a playful tap on his shoulder.
"Richie? Whatcha thinking?" Grizel said, with a combination of affection and concern.
"Jeez... How do I put this?" Richard scratched his head.
"Not by staying quiet. Come on! Out with it!" Her frisky nature was the reason he fell head over heels for her in the first place.
"I-uhhhhh. Let's run away! Far away! Just the two of us!" Richard said with an oxymoronic combination of nervousness and confidence.
"OK... Wow! I mean, don't get me wrong, I would love that, more than anything! It's just... this is quite sudden, isn't it? Are you one-hundred percent, SUPER sure about this?" Grizel asked, gripping Richard's shoulders softly.
"One thousand percent." Richard said, this time with full confidence. "I don't care where I am, as long as I'm with you."
"Man, you can be so cheesy." Grizel chuckled.
"Yeah I know." Richard smiled.
"Anyway, what do you say your first plan of action is?" Grizel asked.
"Well, the first thing I need to do is get some of my stuff from my folks' place. I should also stop by my grandma's place, since she has some stuff that could help us when we are traveling." Richard said.
"Mind if I tag along? I've always wanted to see where you live." Grizel asked cheekily.
"OK, but we have got to be careful not to be seen then. I don't think people seeing you would be the greatest idea." Richard stated cautiously.
"Richard. How do you think I go about hunting? I'm always careful." Grizel playfully grinned.
