Um Caroline I'm full, can we stop?" "Why sure my dear." Caroline told the now 600lb girl. Saria then took the moemt to take a look at her body. Her breasts were now twice the size of a baba plant's head each. Her belly which now took up most of the bed she was laying on was now bigger than her whole body was before eating the cake.
Her belly was so flabby now that it shook and jiggled with Saria's every breath.Her thighs were almost as thick as her house's doorway. Her arms were now completely filled with fat and werethicker than her thighs were before her gaining. Saria also now had 5 chins that touched the tips of the tops of her breasts. Her ass was so big it hung off the sides of the queen sized bed. Saria was so fat and beautiful that her shirt now barely went 3 inches below her massive breasts. Her shorts now acted more as a thong on her gigantic ass. As she finished looking at herself her skin suddenly turned purple "Hey!" she shouted "Carloine whats happennig to my skin!?"

Oh thats just temporary Saria, its from one of the ingredients of the cake you ate, it'll only last a couple of days. Now sleep dear, you need to sleep while you digest the rest of your cake. Saria then shook her head in agreement as she fell asleep. The next morning Carloine went into the bedroom to wake the big, beautiful, massive girl from her slumber. Saria wake up I have new for you." "What is it Caroline?" Saria said as her cheeks bounced from her mouth's movements. "Your pregnant!" Carolibe excitedly told Saria. "What?!" "How?"

"Well you got pregnant some time ago about 3 weeks ago by a young man who you've known for a while but he disappeared all of a sudden afterword." Carloine lied. "Your going to be the mother of..."
