Although Frazon's exact birth date is unknown, it is safe to assume he is between 25 and 32 years old. What is known is that for much of his adolescence he was the subject of abuse, before being rescued. Unfortunately because of his treatment Frazone was emotionally disconnected, from others. After being demand undesirable for adoption he was donated to Doc Owl, ho quickly noticed Frazon's exceptionally high intelligence. After years of trying Doc Owl ultimately failed to determine just how intelligent Frazone was, has he never stopped improving, eventually rivaling the Doctor himself.
Do to his area of expertise Doc Owl was contacted by Jessy's father, and the two worked together in helping humans. Has a result Frazone was one of first the new growth device was tested on, being restored to a height of 6 foot 4. Because of the remoteness of Owl's lab and the fact no one know about Frazone he was allowed to remain a his proper size, and soon constructed a small device that rendered him impossible to shrink so long has it was active and on his person.
Owl was targeted by the government along with Jessy's father. Black ops agents infiltrated his lab and killed him. Frazone however avoided detection and managed to blow up the building killing the agents. Since then he has been in hiding, until he picked up on HG transmissions and joined in with them. Currently Frazone is head of research and development for HG. He hopes to build a device that will undo all size alteration, and render further use of the technology impossible.
Frazone is 6` 4``, has green eyes and long blond hair (because he won't let anyone cut it). He is always wearing pants, boots, gloves a duster, and a modified gas mask on missions to help hide the fact he is human. Lastly do to his abusive childhood Frazone has difficulty saying even a single word. He understands the language and can write fluently, he simply can't talk.
