Beth the weirdo

To your surprise, Beth suddenly reaches out and grabs your neck. With a grin, she squeezes it extremely hard.
"G-G-Beth!" yoy choke, unable to breathe. "What is it?" she giggles.
"G-G-guh! You're going to crush my windpipe!" you splutter. Beth laughs sadistically and licks your cheek. You had always known this girl to be a weirdo.
"I'm not even putting in much effort!" she adds, tightening her grip. You struggle to get away from her but she is much too strong. "You're such a weakling!" she chuckles, choking you even harder.
Dark spots appear in front of your eyes. You hear something crack. You taste blood...
